The sad reality is the average person applies over 300 chemicals a day to their body. These chemicals can be found in our soaps, shampoos, cleansers, hair products, and make-up and these are just the ones we are applying. Scary!

Peppermint oil was one of the first oils I started using when I got my kit. I loved the pure awaking aroma.

How I use peppermint:
*Diffuse-it helps me get up in the morning a little bit easier and during my morning work out.
*Add a drop to your water to decrease appetite after a meal or to help support digestion

This oil has made the BIGGEST change in my life. I haven’t used harmful cleaners or chemicals in my house for 3 years!
Thieves is a blend of lemon (Citrus limon) peel oil, rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalus) leaf oil, clove (Syzygium aromaticum) bud oil, cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) bark oil, and eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata) leaf oil. It has an amazing smell that I use EVERYDAY!!
One thing a lot of people haven’t been told is that essential oils have been used for thousands of years. They aren’t some new, hip thing. In fact, Thieves got its name from a band of thieves in France during the 15th century who were taking the personal belongings of those killed by the plague! When they were finally caught, they were offered a lighter sentence if they would tell their secret of how they weren’t becoming sick. A blend of these five oils was their secret… to not getting the plague… THE PLAGUE! This stuff is incredible!

This oil is a perfect blend of lime, vanilla, lavender, copaiba, and a dash of cedarwood.

How I use lemon essential oil:
*Add a drop to my water to enhance flavor and boost immunity
*Mix a drop or two with thieves cleaner to mop the floors
*Shower cleaner: mix baking soda, cap full of thieves cleaner, two drops of lemon and scrub away
*Diffuse for a clean, spring like smell (ditch the Pinesol).
*Apply to bottoms of feet and spine when bad germs are attacking your body.
Premium Starter Kit Challenge: Day 8
This Blend includes:
*Apply after exercise to soothe muscles , has a stimulating aroma. I love applying with a carrier oil to my back and neck!
PanAwaY should be diluted 1 drop to 4 drops carrier oil!
Soothing Muscle Rub:
*2/3 cup coconut oil
*1/3 cup avocado
*1/3 cup magnesium oil (this oil helps relieve sore muscles)
*10-15 drops of Panaway
Peppermint/PanAway Foot Soak:
Save this one! You can trade out the Peppermint for YL’s PanAway as well!
